I've Googled variations of 'DD-WRT Site to Site VPN' and came up with loads of results, most of which are [very] old (as seen in screenshots or instructions) and all have *wildly* different processes. And I'm not talking IP differences, but whether its configured via GUI or GUI & console or strictly console, not to mention the settings

Dec 16, 2013 · Your existing router ASUS RT-N66U only supports client to site VPN. It can act as the PPTP VPN server for remote clients - but it cannot do site to site VPN. If you need to keep the existing router then you could use a second DD-WRT router at the main site and forward VPN from the ASUS to this. But it would be simpler to replace the main router.
